Thank you for considering me for your event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following booking policy which will also be provided when booking agreement is sent:
1. Booking Process
To book me please use my contact form which provides details about your event. Once we’ve agreed on the performance details, I will kindly send you a booking agreement to confirm the date and secure the booking.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once the signed contract has been received and the deposit is paid. A non-refundable deposit of £100 off the total fee is required to secure the booking. Your deposit must be paid upon signing the Agreement.
Full payment must be received no later than two weeks before the event unless otherwise arranged under the discretion of the performer and client.
3. Cancellations
Should the Performer need to cancel the agreement for any reasons, including sickness or accidents, any payment made prior to this will be fully refunded. Alternatively the performer will try and find an acceptable replacement, although
this cannot be guaranteed.
Should the client decide to cancel after the deposit has been paid, this will not be refunded. If the client cancels the performance after the total fee has been paid the performer is under no obligation to refund payment. This is at the discretion of the performer, taking into account circumstances.
4. Travel and Accommodation
Travel costs are included for events within a 15 mile radius from where I am based. For events outside of this area, travel expenses apply. No fee within a 15mile radius, 0.40p per mile within a 15-25mile radius, 0.50p per mile within a 25+ mile radius. If overnight accommodation is required, it will be included in the agreement.
5. Force Majeure
While every effort is made to provide the best performance, I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control, such as adverse weather, power failures, technical issues at the venue, epidemic etc.
6. Acceptance of Terms
